Flaring & Insertion Tool

  • Flaring tools are designed to spread the cable jacket for easier installation of the "F" connector on to the cable.
  • The Insertion Tool has machined threads to match Series 6 and Series 59 "F" Connectors. The connector screws onto and off the tool and ensures proper insertion of the connector onto the cable.
  • The flaring bit is safely embedded inside the handle for Series 59, 6 and 11 cable.
  • When properly used, this tool will alleviate the bunching of aluminum tape behind the connector and is a must for flaring bonded construction-type cable.
